OUR GUIDES GO FROM ONE TOUR TO ANOTHER AND WILL ARRIVE WITH ENOUGH TIME TO GET YOU SIGNED IN, SET UP, AND READY TO GO. ALL GUESTS MUST BE PRESENT AT LEAST 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TOUR OR THEIR SPOTS MAY BE FORFEITED, WIHTOUT REFUND, TO WALK UP GUESTS.

WE KNOW THAT OUR GUESTS COME FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THAT OFTEN TIMES ARE PARTAKING IN MULTIPLE ATTRACTIONS AND EVENTS SURROUNDING THEIR TOUR TIMES. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DRESS FOR THE WEATHER AND WEAR COMFORTABLE WALKING SHOES. WE ENCOURAGE GUESTS TO BRING BOTTLED WATER, SUNGLASSES, HATS, AND FANS IF THEY'D LIKE. WHAT IS YOUR FIREARM POLICY?ALTHOUGH FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE CARRIED LEGALLY IN TENNESSEE, WE DO NOT PERMIT GUESTS TO BRING THEM (OR ANY OTHER WEAPONS) ON THE TOUR. OUR TOUR IS FREQUENTLY INVITED INTO CERTAIN ATTRACTIONS, BARS, AND SITES THAT DO NOT ALLOW FIREARMS. PLEASE NOTE: GUESTS VIOLATING THIS POLICY WILL POLITLEY BE ASKED TO DEPART THE TOUR WITHOUT A REFUND.

HOW LONG DOES THE TOUR LAST?OUR TOUR LASTS ROUGHLY 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES (WITHOUT ABOUT 15 MINUTES OF PLEASANTRIES, ARRIVAL STUFF AND DEPARTURE STUFF.) WE ENCOURAGE GUESTS TO ARRIVE EARLY AND PLAN TO BE A FEW MINUTES LATE.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON CELL PHONES?CELL PHONES ARE ENCOURAGED ON THE TOUR FOR TAKING PHOTOS, STAYING IN TOUCH, TWEETING, SNAPPING, AND WHATNOT. HOWEVER, WE REQUIRE GUESTS TO SILENCE THEIR PHONES WHILE ON TOUR AND REFRAIN FROM MAKING CALLS DURING THE EXPERIENCE.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS/BREAK STOPS ALONG THE TOUR ROUTE?TO BE FRANK, NO. WE ENCOURAGE GUESTS (ESPECIALLY LITTLE ONES) TO USE THE FACILITIES PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE START OF THE TOUR. OUR GUIDES ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO POINT YOU TOWARDS THE CLOSEST FACILITY WHILE ON TOUR, HOWEVER WE ARE UNABLE TO STOP OR WAIT FOR GUESTS CHOOSING TO DEPART THE GROUP.

HOW DO I GET DISCOUNTED TICKETS TO OTHER ATTRACTIONS?OUR GUESTS CAN PURCHASE DISCOUNTED TICKETS TO OVER 45 ATTRACTIONS IN NASHVILLE, INCLUDING THE HALL OF FAMES, THE RYMAN, AND MUSEUMS, THROUGH THEIR GUIDE AT THE BEGINNING OR ENDING OF THE TOUR. ATTRACTIONS THAT HAVE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE WILL BE MENTIONED THROUGHOUT THE TOUR. THROUGH DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, WE GENERALLY PROVIDE BETWEEN $6-$15 OFF EACH TICKET.

Are there any requirements to participate in the e-bike tour?While we do not have strict age or height restrictions, all guests must be able to safety mount, dismount, walk with, and operate an adult-sized electric bike and power themselves unaided (at times without pedal assist) throughout the duration of the 2 hour tour. If you or someone in your party is questioning their confidence or ability to participate in the tour, please contact us (via text at 205-892-6337) prior to your booking. For insurance and licensing purposes, we are unable to accommodate individuals who: -Are currently pregnant -Have physical or health limitations or disabilities that would prevent them from the safe operator of a powered e-bike -Weigh over 350lbs -Appear intoxicated or under the influence (refunds not available) -Are unwilling or unable to sign our pre-tour liability, media, and copyright waiver

Are helmets required?For insurance, liability, and licensing purposes all e-bike tour guests are required to wear the provided helmet throughout the duration of the tour. Our guides provide a number of breaks throughout the tour to allow for removal of helmets for comfort and photo opportunities. Our helmet are sleek, stylish, comfortable, and most importantly safe. What is your cancellation policy?Wander Nashville does everything possible to ensure a safe, secure, exciting, and immersive historic tour experience. Depending on where you purchase your tour tickets, cancellations may be available. Please check directly with your ticket provider and the terms listed on their site for more information. Tickets purchased through WanderNashville.com are not cancellable or refundable without approval. Tours depart rain or shine. If the weather presents known complications to the safe operation of our tour vehicles, guests will be offered an alternative date or time within their travel schedule. If a time is not available, refunds may be made to guests. Tour delays occur and refunds are not immediately available for these circumstances. Wander Nashville reserves the right to cancel any tour, for any reason, at any time. Generally, tours are only cancelled due to weather or extreme and unannounced tours complications. For safety, insurance, liability, and licensing purposes, we are unable to accommodate individuals who are currently pregnant, have a physical limitation or disability that would prevent them from the safe operation of a powered e-bike, or weigh over 350lbs. If a guest is found to not be within these safety parameters, Wander Nashville will provide a full refund to the affected guest. Additional party refunds are not available for accompanying guests. If you or someone in your group is questioning their ability to participate in our e-bike tour, please contact us prior to booking. We are unable to accomodate guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence upon arrival or who make it known to Wander employees, contractors, guides, or guests that they have recently participated in activities that would impair their ability to safely operate a powered electric bicycle. If a guest is found to have violated this condition, a refund will not be available and a rebooking may be offered for future use.

Is guest parking available?Wander Nashville proudly partners with Metropolis parking to provide discounted or flat-rate parking to our guests at the tour start location. On peak or event days where parking rates are often drastically increased, this option is the only discounted parking available to our guests. Guests looking for budget-friendly parking options are encouraged to visit the Nashville Public Library Garage (located two whole cities blocks away at 151 6th Avenue N) Free: First 90 Minutes (with Validation stamp) $3.00: Each additional half hour, up to 12 hours $20.00: Daily maximum, 12 hours or more $10.00: Weekends and nights, after 5 PM until 5 AM $15.00: Special Event Rate

How do we tip our guide or provide a gratuity?While gratuities are never required or included, they are most definitely welcome. Guests are welcome to tip their guides directly at the end of their experience, or submit a secure credit/debit card tip via the provided link at the tour's break/conclusion.
